Your greatest and most true enemy is the one in the mirror, because others can only do to you what you allow. Every desire is a weakness, and every need is a dependency. People exploit you only based on what you want and need, it is their only real access to you.
You just have to find a way to cut the fakers and haters off from accessing that kind of shit in you, then they can’t do you no harm. Because in all honesty? Anything other than the type of exploitation and manipulation I speak of is just superfluous bullshit and you need to get stressed and beat down if you allow that to get to you.
